MORE exciting news… from NarniaWeb!
“The Voyage of the Dawn Treader” was originally scheduled to begin filming in January 2008 for a May 2009 release.
Then, Disney announced that shooting would begin in Summer 2008 for a May 7, 2010 release.
A few months ago, Douglas Gresham said that shooting had been delayed once again because of the writers strike.
Yesterday, Mark Johnson announced at the NY Comic-Con that filming will begin this October. The release date is still set for May 7, 2010. Johnson also said that most of the film will be shot in a huge water tank in Mexico. Read the whole story at ComingSoon.net.
Looks like the “VDT schedule saga” has finally come to an end. 747 days to go!
